📅 Appointment-Based Services
All services provided by GPNotary.com and Peña Family Care Services LLC are scheduled by appointment and subject to availability.
By scheduling an appointment, customers acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.
❌ Appointment Cancellations
Customers are encouraged to provide reasonable notice if they need to:
- cancel,
- reschedule,
- or modify an appointment.
Reasonable notice helps maintain scheduling availability and operational efficiency.
⏰ Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with little or no notice may result in:

Once a notarial act has been properly completed, fees for the completed notarial act are generally non-refundable.

- the customer changes their mind,
- or the document is later determined unsuitable for the customer’s intended purpose.
Customers are responsible for:
- reviewing documents,
- understanding requirements,
- and obtaining legal guidance when necessary.
💍 Wedding Officiant Services
Wedding officiant services involve:
- scheduling,
- preparation,
- coordination,
- and reserved time commitments.
Refund eligibility for wedding-related services may depend on:
- cancellation timing,
- preparation already completed,
- and scheduling impact.
Customized or personalized ceremony preparation may be partially or fully non-refundable once work has begun.
🔐 Digital Certification Services
Optional Digital Proof Certification services powered by Hedera Hashgraph may involve permanent distributed ledger transactions.
Once a digital certification transaction has been completed, related fees are generally non-refundable.
⚠️ Refused or Incomplete Services
If service cannot be completed due to:
- improper identification,
- incomplete documents,
- unwilling signers,
- unsafe conditions,
- or failure to meet legal requirements,
certain scheduling, travel, convenience, or operational fees may still apply where permitted.
Applicable fees will depend on the circumstances and time reserved.
📜 No Guarantee of Legal Outcomes
Refunds will not be issued based on:
- legal disputes,
- document rejection by third parties,
- misunderstandings of document contents,
- or dissatisfaction with legal outcomes unrelated to the performance of the service itself.

- legal enforceability,
- court acceptance,
- or third-party approval of documents.

We reserve the right to:
- review refund requests individually,
- deny refund requests where appropriate,
